Account Manager – High Wycombe
Salary up to £28-32k basic + £5k Annual bonus

You will be working for a market leading manufacturer within their sector, who provide bespoke interior solutions to the construction / building industry. You will be inheriting one of the company’s top performing areas.
The role is to manage an existing portfolio within a specific geographical territory, you will be speaking with Merchants and Distributors, as well as liaising with the specification team. You will inherit an existing portfolio of Customers, which you will be responsible for developing and managing from inception through to completion.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and experience of selling and negotiating, preferably with construction. You should have good communication skills and be able to demonstrate relationship building at all levels. You should also have the ability to demonstrate customer management skills.
To be considered for this role I am looking for someone who has previous sales experience within the construction industry or someone from outside the industry who is driven, polished, positive and ambitious.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers at all levels
Promote new product introductions
Experience of dealing with Builders Merchants and Distributors
Planning, organisation and time management skills
An ability to work autonomously and manage your own diary to deliver successful results.
