Salary Up to £25K + £5K OTE – Company Car, Laptop, Phone and Pension

A fantastic opportunity has arisen due to growth to join a leading manufacturer within Construction. This is a great opportunity for anyone who looking to get into field sales.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to develop and build relationships the distribution network within a specific geographical territory, you will be speaking with National Merchants, Independent Merchants. You will be managing a well-established existing account portfolio including some key customers.

To be considered for this role I am looking for someone who has experience of successfully managing accounts and developing relationships from new. Ideally you will have experience within Construction, however this is not essential. My client is open to people coming from an internal sales background as they will provide full ongoing training and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growing and developing new market segments within trade and construction.
  • Develop and implement short, mid and long term sales strategy.
  • To achieve agreed sales and profit targets for allocated accounts and/or market segments.
  • Keep the business informed of up to date account, channel and competitor developments.
