Area Sales Manager (Modular Buildings) – North West England

A market leader within their sector that provide modular and portable building solutions to the construction and education industry. The Area Sales Manager role is to manage a project portfolio within a specific geographical territory where you will be working with main contractors, architects, blue chip companies and local authorities.

What you will do as an Area Sales Manager:

  • Actively looking for new business opportunities
  • Maintaining the existing relationships with our current clients
  • Keeping an up to date weekly call log and enquiry register
  • Creating quotations
  • Negotiating contracts and payment terms and wherever possible keeping risk to the company to a minimum
  • Working closely with key departments and key decision makers
  • Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager on a weekly basis

What you will have as an Area Sales Manager:

  • Experience within the modular/portable accommodation industry – required
  • Experience working in a field sales role – required
  • Based in the North West of England – required
  • An ability to demonstrate a history of successfully working to sales targets – required
  • Be a good communicator at all levels
