A world leader in the luxury market is looking for a Floor Manager to join the team at their busy Bicester Village store.
This is a fast paced and high turnover store with exceptionally high standards of customer service, so experience in balancing a large-scale operation and maintaining brand standards is essential.

Title: Floor Manager
Location: Bicester Village
Salary: £24-28k + Bonus and benefits

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the overall operation of the store / sales floor and ensuring that productivity, sales and profitability goals are achieved and exceeded
  • Driving a ‘Customer First’ culture and ensuring the team deliver world class customer service that will keep customers coming back
  • Ensuring that store and individual KPIs are met by closely monitoring performance and constantly identifying ways to improve
  • Recruiting, training, motivating and inspiring the team to optimize store performance and represent the brand image
  • Supporting the continued development and progression of junior managers
  • To take appropriate action to address performance issues where necessary
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with the store, senior team and headoffice

Key Requirements

  • Experience working at senior management level within a fast paced, high turnover retail brand
  • Experience managing large teams
  • A proven track record of improving individual and department performance and exceeding KPIs
  • An in depth understanding of the luxury market and customer, including trend and competitor awareness
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels
