Our client is a luxury bespoke/homeware brand that have been providing a unique experience unlike any other for over four decades, with their increasing success they now have a home in Harrods to bring their artistic touch to a wider stage. As a Sales Associate for this brand you need to be commercially aware, results-driven and have an appreciation for the arts,
as well as the ability to practice patience for great results!

What you will do:

  • Maintaining the highest possible customer service standards at all times
  • Delivering the targeted sales figures for the concession as well as achieving other key performance indicators
  • Building client relationships with an outgoing and friendly personality
  • Maintaining company and brand standards

What you will have:

  • Previous experience in a luxury sales role – required
  • Previous experience managing KPIs within a store environment – required
  • Able to demonstrate a passion for high quality customer service required – required
  • Previous experience selling products with a high price point – preferred
  • Previous experience with luxury homeware – bonus
