Assistant Store Manager – Bicester Village
Our client is a world-renowned luxury fashion brand that are world renowned for the quality of their beautiful product. As Assistant Store Manager, you will need to be commercially aware, results driven and have a passion for coaching and developing your team.

What you will do:

  • Maintaining the highest possible customer service standards at all times
  • Ensuring seamless and consistent customer experience
  • Achieving sales, profit and quality of service targets
  • Building, motivating and managing a team
  • Organising and optimising the smooth running of the store
What you will have:
  • Previous experience in management role within premium or luxury retail – required
  • Previous experience managing KPIs within a store environment – required
  • Able to demonstrate an ability to coach and develop team members – required
