Store Manager

Salary £45,000+

Reporting to the Europe Retail Director, the Store Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the Boutique, sales performance, superior customer service profitability, brand recognition, team development, and customer database building.

Responsibilities

Achieves monthly turnover and KPI targets

Sets objectives for all Sales Associate and can motivate the team on a daily

Completes reporting data to analyse business trends and needs

Overall training and development of Sales Associates and reviews their performances

Holds briefings to insure consistent communication and information level

Upholds company’s customer service standards

Is responsible for developing the customer database, recruit new clients and build loyalty with repeaters

Manages stock , reviews stock levels and communicates product needs

Is responsible for the Boutique administration

Ensures team understanding and adherence to policies and procedures

Insures that all visual directives are respected and executed

Represents the Brand inside and outside of the store

The Candidate

A minimum of 10 years professional experience, 4 years of store management experience in retail

Expertise in the Jewellery sector would be a great plus

Strong sense of luxury

Result and action oriented with strong entrepreneurial mindset

Natural leader with excellent interpersonal competences and empathy

Excellent communicator with the ablity to develop a network
