Store Manager – London

Our client is a British clothing retailer selling primarily online for the 30 years. The company sells in several countries, with websites for the United Kingdom, the United States, Germany, and Australia. They have gone from strength to strength in recent years with the opening of physical store.

They are looking for a store manager that has had exposure to the highstreet and is operationally excellent to keep up with the pace of the store. This is also a flagship store that will trial many projects for the business.

What the Store Manager will do:

  • Maintaining the highest possible customer service standards at all times
  • Delivering the targeted sales figures for the store as well as achieving other store and company key performance indicators
  • Increasing and improving sales revenue within store
  • Coaching and developing staff on the customer journey
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Exceeding personal and team KPI’s
  • Revising and keeping up to date with product knowledge and changes in the market
  • Rolling out new process and initiatives within store
  • Dealing with high level of complaints

What the Store Manager will have:

  • Previous experience in Store Manager role within premium fashion – required
  • Able to demonstrate an ability to coach and develop team members – required
  • Able to demonstrate a passion for high quality customer service required – required
  • Previous experience within womenswear – preferred
