Role: Luxury Sales Consultant (Jewellery)

Location: London, Harrods

Salary: £20,000 to £23,000 plus Bonus and Benefits

The Company

Fine Jewellery Brand, with a true sense of fun and excitement across their collections. They seeking an experienced sales individual for their busy London, Harrods boutique with vital experience within the luxury retail market and a strong ability for clienteling.

The Role:

  • To proactively welcome and serve customers, building up your own loyal customers.
  • To Achieve personal and store sales targets.
  • To deliver excellent customer service to a wide range of regular and VIP clients.
  • To be able to reach out to new clients, developing ideas for networking and business development.
  • Maintaining standards within the store at all times.

The Candidate

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within a luxury sales environment, plus Luxury and/or Jewellery
  • Pro – active and energetic personality.
  • Perfect spoken English is essential.
  • Excellent understanding of luxury service and converting this into sales.
  • Excellent team player with an upbeat and fun approach.
