The Client

Our client is synonymous within their field and is part of an internationally recognised brand. They have ambitious plans to grow their market offering and with support of a significant marketing budget and investment into their new product development are set to reignite this market sector.

The Role

As the Account Development Manager you will take accountability for an existing portfolio of named accounts together with targeting new accounts within HoReCa, Corporate and Leisure . You will act as the business lead and grow the category within the customer base. You will work with the client’s estate, managing site audits, advising on wellbeing, and looking for opportunities to grow their visibility.

  • Managing New Business & growing the accounts strategically and profitably
  • Direct customer contact across all relevant functions.
  • Drive distribution of existing and new products.
  • Negotiate all elements of pricing, terms and promotions within Business guidelines.
  • Deliver price increases.
  • Manage effective communication of Brand plans to the Customer Base

Whilst you will be fully supported by the Sales Director to whom you report; the emphasis will very much be on you to show how you can deliver and grow the Business. Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will have gained strong experience of Account Management, ideally within a product sell.

Understanding of commercial proposition and Strong Negotiations skills are a must.
